Pay Fair, a modern supermarket chain in Guwahati, partnered with us to strengthen its digital identity and connect with urban shoppers looking for quality and convenience. Known for offering a wide range of groceries, daily essentials and premium products under one roof, the goal was to position Pay Fair as the city’s most trusted and hassle-free shopping destination.

The Challenge – While Pay Fair had a loyal offline customer base, its digital communication did not reflect the same trust and variety it offered in-store. The challenge was to highlight the supermarket’s modern layout, exclusive product range and everyday offers through engaging and informative social media content.

The Strategy – We created a clean, customer-focused brand voice that emphasized convenience, freshness and value. The social media content showcased product highlights, festive discounts and seasonal offers alongside lifestyle-driven visuals that reflected the Pay Fair experience. Reels were produced around store walkthroughs, new arrivals and shopping tips, while ad campaigns were optimized to increase store visits and online engagement.
