Cygnus Marketing (“Cygnus”, “we”, “our”, “us”), Guwahati, Assam, India sells services and digital products. We do not ship any physical goods. This page explains how and when you receive what you paid for.
1. Digital products and courses
- Delivered instantly after successful payment. The download link or course access shows on screen and is sent to the email you entered.
- If you do not get the email within 2 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us with your payment details and we will resend it.
- There are no shipping charges.
2. Paid strategy calls
After payment, you pick a time on our booking calendar right away. The call link (Google Meet or phone) is sent to your email and WhatsApp. If you could not pick a time, we will reach out within 1 working day to set one.
3. Marketing services
- Work starts within 3 to 5 working days of payment and receiving your brand details.
- Content, reports and files are delivered online through email, WhatsApp, Google Drive or directly on your social media and ad accounts, as agreed in your plan.
- Timelines for each project are shared in the proposal or onboarding call.
4. Cygnus Studio
Studio bookings are confirmed by email or WhatsApp after payment. Edited photos and videos (when included) are delivered through a Google Drive link within the time agreed at booking.
5. On-ground services
Activations, campus promotions, audits and telecalling are carried out at the locations and dates agreed in writing. Reports and photos are shared online.
