These terms apply when you use marketingcygnus.com, buy anything from us, book a strategy call, book Cygnus Studio or hire Cygnus Marketing (“Cygnus”, “we”, “our”, “us”), Guwahati, Assam, India for any service. By using the site or paying us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We offer digital marketing, social media management, performance marketing, influencer and UGC campaigns, website design, brand activations, campus promotions, audits, telecalling, studio rental and digital products. The exact work, timelines and price for each project are set out in the proposal, quote or invoice we share with you. That document and these terms together form our agreement.
2. Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each month.
- One-time projects need an advance (usually 50%) before work starts, with the balance due on delivery.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is added where it applies.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause work until it is cleared.
3. Ad spend
Ad budgets for Meta, Google or any other platform are separate from our fees unless the plan says they are included. Ad spend is paid to the platform and cannot be refunded by us. Results from ads depend on the platform, the market and your offer, so we do not promise a fixed number of leads, sales or followers.
4. Your part
- Share accurate information, brand assets, logins and approvals on time. Delays on your side may move our timelines.
- Make sure anything you give us (logos, photos, music, claims) is yours to use or properly licensed.
- Give feedback in one consolidated round where possible. Each plan includes the revision rounds stated in it. Extra rounds may be charged.
5. Content and ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the final content we make for you (posts, reels, designs, website files). We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, case studies and social media unless you ask us in writing not to. Drafts, raw footage and working files stay with us unless the plan includes them. Stock images, fonts, music and software used in your work stay under their own licences.
6. Accounts and access
Your social media, ad and website accounts belong to you. We only use the access you give us for the agreed work, and you can remove our access at any time. Please change shared passwords when our engagement ends.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your business information private and only share it with team members or partners who need it to do the work. You agree to keep our proposals, pricing and methods private too.
8. Ending the engagement
Either side can end a monthly retainer with 30 days written notice. Work done up to the end date is payable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
9. Cygnus Studio bookings
Studio bookings are confirmed once paid. Please arrive on time, as booked hours start at the booked time. You are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused by you or your crew.
10. Digital products
Courses, templates and other digital products are for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, share or publish them. Access is delivered as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
11. Limit of liability
We work with care, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or platform actions (account bans, ad rejections, algorithm changes) outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question in the last 3 months.
12. Use of this website
Do not misuse the site, try to break its security or copy its content for commercial use. Content on this site is for general information and may change without notice.
13. Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it cannot be settled, the courts of Guwahati, Assam will have jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
